Who this course is for:
This course if for any freediver ready to take the step into sharing their passion through the professional world of freediving. The freediver supervisor program is the introductory professional level course that teaches rescue, supervision and assistance techniques to the budding professional.
Course prerequisites:
- 18 years of age
- Above average swimming skills
- PFI Intermediate Freediver
- PFI Safety Freediver
- Be an active status CPR, first aid and AED provider with a program that include marine life injuries and neurological assessments
- Be certified to administer O2 for dive related injuries
What you can expect to learn:
- Supervisor roles and responsibilities
- Standard operating procedures for classes and competitions
- Student, contestant and team control techniques
- Rescue techniques
