The Position

We are currently looking to fill two Instructor level positions with our Training and Membership Services department for International Training Headquarters. Candidates should be ready and able to teach upon hiring. Travel will be required. The duties of this position may be met through remote work, with minimum quarterly visits to HQ. Candidates must be US residents or already possess a work visa.

The position is full-time.

Duties Include

• Assist in conducting HQ-based training programs
• Day-to-day customer service
• Answering training-related questions
• Assisting in processing of orders and certifications

Job Specifications

• Experience as a Instructor, or Instructor Trainer
• Strong understanding of customer interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
