Are you ready to train with the most elite in the industry?

The Instructor Trainer Workshop (ITW) is an 8 day training with a variety of dive and skill development courses that will be tested academically, in-pool, and in open water sessions. We have prerequisites and course requirements, that can be reviewed the IT Staff Instructor and Instructor Trainer Standards. The ITW was created to teach you everything from doing business in the diving industry to risk management. We want to prepare our Instructor Trainers with the correct tools to succeed as instructors and passionate divers.
